STATUTORY DECLARATION – Commissioned Documents

Sometimes before or during the application is in process, there are circumstances that an applicant is required to submit a Statutory Declaration to support the immigration application. Our regulated immigration consultant is a registered Commissioner of Oaths for the province of Ontario, which is convenient for the client to seek the service from other professional .She is authorized to take your oath or solemn affirmation when you sign an affidavit or a statutory declaration

  • Statutory Declaration may be required for:
  • Letter of invitation in the form of Statutory declaration
  • Sworn affidavit explaining declaration of identity, nationality, marital status, etc, when documentary evidence is unavailable
  • Sworn affidavit explaining certain circumstances
  • Statutory declaration of Common – law union as required by Citizenship and Immigration Canada
  • Statutory declarations confirming that a passport or other document has been lost or stolen
